How many SKUs can Tremo handle?+

No software cap: from hundreds to tens of thousands of SKUs. Free and Growth cover store volume; Core is for deep warehouse work, Enterprise for 3PLs and multi-region.

Can I import existing inventory?+

Yes, via CSV import: SKU, product name, starting stock per location. We set up the import during onboarding so the first pick can happen the same day. Variances between import and first physical count are logged so you know what you started with.

Does inventory management work offline?+

The scan-flow on phones works briefly offline (queue), but Tremo is a cloud product. For a 100% offline warehouse we recommend a local alternative — we're not built for it.

How do I connect my accounting?+

Moneybird is a direct integration. For Xero, Exact and the rest, Tremo pushes via webhooks and an open REST API you connect with a linking tool or a small script. No secret API.

Can I enforce FIFO or FEFO?+

Not yet automatically in pick order. Available today: batch number and expiry are mandatory at receiving, batch stock is visible per location and every batch movement is in the audit log.
