WMS software

WMS software built for an SMB warehouse.

A warehouse management system (WMS) without the enterprise price tag and without a six-month implementation project. Stock, picking, shipping and billing in one place. For online stores, fulfilment companies and B2B operators doing 50 to 5,000 orders per day.

Free up to 100 orders a month · No credit card · Your data, exportable

Each module can be toggled per fulfilment customer. Take what you need; switch off what you don't.

What a WMS should actually solve

Most SMB warehouses run on a mix of spreadsheets, a shop plugin and loose packing slips. Three patterns that each cost you a costly day a week:

Stock figures are only right in the morning

Real-time stock across warehouses and channels. Free stock, reservations and incoming inventory in one place — no import cycles, no manual corrections.

Paper picking is slow and error-prone

Scan-flow for picklists, containers and carts. Batch-pick collects multiple orders in one run, every scan confirms an item. No more shadow spreadsheet.

Printing packing slips and labels by hand delays every order

PrintHere runs at your pack station and prints directly from the WMS. No browser dialog, no per-order printer choice. Works with label rolls and A4.

Purchasing happens on gut feeling — or too late

Replenishment advice based on daily velocity, stock-out days and per-supplier lead time. With rules, a PO rolls out automatically when buffers tip.

What's in the box

Tremo is built around the workflows you touch every day — not a feature checklist. Every module can be turned on or off per fulfilment customer.

Real-time stock

Free stock, reservations and incoming inventory in one place. Works across warehouses, locations and pick zones.

Scan-flow for pick & pack

Picklists, containers and carts all scannable. Batch-pick for multiple orders at once. Mobile-first, runs on any smartphone.

Customer portal

Give your customers their own environment with orders, stock and advice. Custom branding available on Enterprise / 3PL.

Carrier rules

Auto-pick carrier by weight, country, customer or cutoff time. Shipping defaults inherit per fulfilment customer.

Replenishment + auto-PO

Daily velocity, stock-out days and per-supplier advice. With rules, purchasing rolls out automatically.

Expiry, batch & containers

Expiry dates, batch numbers and container tracking built-in. Suitable for food and healthcare products.

What exactly is WMS software?+
WMS stands for Warehouse Management System: software that drives the physical flow in your warehouse. From inbound deliveries, stock locations and pick order to packing slips, labels and billing. Tremo focuses on the SMB segment: everything a tier-1 3PL uses, without the price tag or implementation timeline of an enterprise system.
Do I even need a WMS or is my shop plugin enough?+
A shop plugin tracks stock but knows nothing about pick order, locations, batch-pick, multi-warehouse, customer portals or carrier rules. From around 30-50 orders per day it starts to hurt — you'll see errors, lose traceability and hire staff for manual work. A WMS picks that up professionally.
What does Tremo cost?+
Free up to 100 completed pick lists a month, then € 0.26 per pick list. Bundles from € 329 a month lower the price per pick list as your volume grows; fulfilment companies with multiple merchants start from € 715. No credit card. See the pricing page.
How long does implementation take?+
An hour to a day, not a quarter. You request a demo, get your own environment immediately, import products and locations via CSV and you're scannable the same day. Personal onboarding is included from day one.
Is my data really mine?+
Yes. You can export everything at any time and take your whole database to your own environment. No vendor lock-in, no secret APIs.
How does Tremo differ from an ERP?+
An ERP tries to do many things (accounting, HR, CRM, stock) at a mediocre level. Tremo does one thing well: warehouse flow. We integrate with your accounting via webhooks/API rather than trying to rebuild it.

Start free: up to 100 orders a month.

No credit card, no commitment, no sales call. Personal onboarding included.
