From bol order to confirmed shipment

Five steps between an order on bol and a parcel that bol sees as shipped.

Step 1
Order arrives

Seller-fulfilled orders land in Tremo under your own numbering and VAT rate

Step 2
Item matched

Matched on your own product code, with EAN as the fallback

Step 3
Picker scans the order

On its own or in a batch run, the scan confirms every item

Step 4
Label at packing

A bol shipping label, or your own PostNL, DHL or MyParcel contract

Step 5
Shipment confirmed at bol

Carrier and tracking code go back to bol, a cron catches anything left behind

What the bol.com integration is for

You sell on bol and ship yourself. This is what Tremo takes off your plate.

Your stock lives on bol and in your own store, and the two drift apart

One stock level in Tremo. Free stock flows back to your bol offers, with a safety buffer and a minimum and maximum you set yourself.

You still confirm shipments in the seller portal

Tremo confirms the shipment at bol as soon as the parcel is packed, carrier and tracking code included. Anything left behind is picked up by a cron.

Bol-fulfilled orders don't belong in your pick list, because bol ships them

By default only the orders you ship come in. Bol-fulfilled can be switched on as informational: visible, but no pick list and no stock movement.

An item is named differently on bol than in your warehouse

Tremo matches on your own product code and falls back to the EAN. If the item is unknown, it can create it automatically when you enable that.

What the bol.com integration does

You connect your own bol seller account. Nothing sits between you and bol.

Only the orders you ship

Seller-fulfilled orders arrive as an order with a pick list. Bol-fulfilled is a separate setting that shows the order but creates no pick list and moves no stock.

Stock back to your offers

Your free stock flows to your bol offers, with a safety buffer and an adjustable minimum and maximum per offer.

Shipments confirmed at bol

Carrier and tracking code go back to bol once the parcel is ready. A background cron sweeps up whatever is left.

Bol label or your own carrier

Request a bol shipping label with its delivery options, or ship on your own PostNL, DHL, DPD or MyParcel contract.

Returns and invoices come along

Bol return notifications and your bol invoices are pulled in, so you don't have to fetch them from the portal separately.

Webhooks with signature checks

Bol reports changes through a webhook whose signature Tremo verifies. A polling cron is the backstop when a notification doesn't arrive.

Frequently asked questions

What bol sellers ask us most before they connect.

Do I need my own bol API connection?+
Yes. You create API credentials in your bol seller account and paste them into Tremo. You connect your own account, with no intermediary in between.
Does this work with bol-fulfilled orders?+
Differently than with seller-fulfilled. Bol ships those itself, so Tremo creates no pick list and moves no stock. You can still let them come in for visibility.
What happens to my stock if I also sell elsewhere?+
There is one stock level in Tremo and a push per channel. For bol you set your own safety buffer and maximum, so you don't oversell.
Does Tremo match my items automatically?+
On your own product code, with the EAN as fallback. If nothing matches, Tremo can create the item automatically when you enable that setting.
Can I ship with a bol shipping label?+
Yes. Tremo fetches the delivery options, requests the label and registers the shipment. If you prefer your own carrier contract, that works too.
