QLS

QLS integration

One QLS account, the right carrier automatically.

For online stores and fulfilment companies with a QLS account. Labels through PostNL, DHL, DPD, FedEx or Trunkrs, run from your own pack flow.

Free up to 100 pick lists a month · No credit card · Your data, exportable

One connection, automatic carrier choice
5 carriers
Behind one QLS account
PostNL, DHL, DPD, FedEx, Trunkrs
Real name
Carrier shown to your customer
Not 'QLS', but for example 'PostNL' on the tracking page
Auto-blocked
On a carrier mismatch
No label gets created, with an ops alert instead

QLS picks the carrier itself based on your product combination. Tremo shows what comes out of that.

What the QLS integration is for

QLS decides which carrier a shipment gets. Tremo makes sure that never goes wrong quietly.

#01
You're not sure which carrier a shipment actually ends up with

Tremo shows the real underlying carrier (PostNL or DHL, for example) on the shipment and in the tracking email, not 'QLS'.

#02
A product combination changes at QLS without you noticing

Tremo checks on every label request whether the configured product still matches the expected carrier. On a mismatch, the label is blocked and you get an ops alert.

#03
QLS has no idempotency key, so a double click is risky

Tremo builds its own claim/marker around every label request, so a duplicate or simultaneous request never creates a double-billed shipment.

#04
You want one label layout for your whole pack station

Choose A6 thermal for your pack-station printer or A4 with a fixed position on the sheet, per shipping profile.

What the QLS integration does

QLS decides the carrier, Tremo makes the label and watches the details.

  • Automatic carrier choice

Based on the configured product or combination, QLS itself picks the carrier: PostNL, DHL, DPD, FedEx or Trunkrs, for example.

  • Tracking taken as-is

Tracking code and tracking URL come straight from QLS. Tremo never invents a link of its own.

  • Real carrier name shown

Your customer sees the actual carrier in the tracking email and on the public tracking page, not 'QLS'.

  • Combination monitoring

Did the underlying carrier for your product change? Tremo blocks the label and sends an ops alert, instead of quietly creating the wrong label.

  • Duplicate-label protection

A compare-and-set claim stops a duplicate request from creating a second, paid shipment, even without an idempotency key from QLS itself.

  • Connect with your portal login

Username and password from mijn.pakketdienstqls.nl, plus company ID and brand ID. Set a default product combination per shipping profile right away.

Frequently asked questions

What QLS users ask us most often.

Can I create a return via a QLS label?+
No. For returns, use another connected carrier such as PostNL, DHL or DPD.
Can I cancel a QLS label?+
No. If you make a mistake, you create a new label instead.
Can my customer pick a pickup point through QLS?+
No, that isn't switched on in Tremo yet. QLS supports it itself, but we haven't wired it in.
Can I test this safely?+
No. QLS has no sandbox, so every label you create is a real, billed shipment. Test with a small number of orders.
Does this work for international shipments?+
Not outside the EU. Customs data is deliberately not sent along, so non-EU destinations get rejected by QLS.

Let QLS pick the carrier, we handle the rest.

Connect your QLS portal login and print your first label. No credit card needed to start.
