TransMission integration

Pallet and freight labels through your own account.

For businesses shipping pallets or freight with their own TransMission account. Not for parcels, this connection is built for freight.

Free up to 100 pick lists a month · No credit card · Your data, exportable

How you connect TransMission

Four steps between your own TransMission account and a shipping unit that actually gets picked up.

01
Connect your own account

Username, password, customer and depot number and your sender details, with a sandbox option to test first.

02
Choose your shipping unit

From a parcel box to a Euro pallet, block pallet or bundle. Nine types are ready, configurable per shipping profile.

03
Add an add-on service

Delivery before 12:00 or 16:00, pre-notification, delivery without signature, or delivery status by text or email.

04
Daily finalisation picks it up

A cron finalises shipments to TransMission automatically, so the truck actually shows up.

What the TransMission integration is for

TransMission is the connection for pallets and freight, not for individual parcels. With your own account, this is what you solve:

  1. You ship pallets or freight, but your parcel carriers don't handle that

TransMission sits apart from PostNL, DHL or MyParcel, built specifically for parcel boxes up to Euro pallets. Connect your own TransMission account with customer and depot number.

  2. A shipment needs to actually get picked up, not just registered

A daily cron finalises your shipments to TransMission automatically, so the pickup actually happens.

  3. Add-on services like delivery before 12:00 get requested separately right now

Set add-on services like time-window delivery, pre-notification or delivery without signature directly on the shipping profile.

  4. A hiccup during labelling shouldn't cost a duplicate shipment

Idempotent label creation makes sure a repeated call never creates a second shipment, unless you deliberately recreate it.

What the TransMission integration does

Add-on services on the shipping profile

Time-window delivery before 12:00 or 16:00, pre-notification or appointment, delivery without signature, delivery status by text or email, and Saturday delivery.

Its own login with token cache

Your own connection with a sandbox option

Username, password, customer and depot number, with a sandbox toggle to test safely first.

Frequently asked questions

What you'll want to know before connecting your own TransMission account.

Is this for regular parcels?+
No. TransMission is for pallets and freight, not individual parcels. For parcels, use PostNL, DHL, MyParcel or another parcel carrier.
Has this been tested in production with a customer already?+
Not yet. The connection is built to TransMission's documentation. You connect your own account and test the first shipments yourself, including through the sandbox option.
Can my customer track the shipment through a link?+
Not yet. There's no confirmed public tracking URL format for TransMission, so we don't build one ourselves.
Can I combine multiple pallets into one shipment?+
Right now Tremo always sends exactly one shipping unit per shipment. Multiple parcels or pallets per shipment comes with the pack-flow UI.
Can I cancel a shipment at TransMission?+
No, that isn't built. If you make a mistake, create a new shipment instead.

Connect your own TransMission account.

Pallets and freight straight from your pack flow. No credit card needed to start.
