Tremo imports the shipping methods you've enabled in Sendcloud, grouped by carrier. Which carriers that includes depends on what your own Sendcloud account has connected.

What the Sendcloud integration is for

You've already set up Sendcloud with shipping methods. This is what Tremo pulls from it, without switching screens.

You have to create a label in Sendcloud itself for every order

Tremo creates the label straight from your pack flow through your connected Sendcloud account, including automatic printing at your pack station.

An expired shipping method produces the wrong label or rate

Tremo checks the saved shipping method before every label. If the method ID expired, Tremo reconnects by name and carrier. On an unresolvable mismatch, no label gets created.

Cancelling an order, but the label is already sitting at the carrier

Cancel the label by hand, or let Tremo cancel it automatically the moment you cancel the order or pick list. Your stock rollback never waits on that.

A cancellation stays stuck pending at Sendcloud

A reconciliation cron runs every 6 hours and finishes off cancellations that were still pending, right up to the 42-day window.

What the Sendcloud integration does

Sendcloud picks the carrier, Tremo handles the label, the printer and the cancellation.

Shipping methods taken over

Tremo imports the methods you've enabled in your Sendcloud account, grouped by carrier in the picker. Not all ~139 methods in bulk, just what you actually use.

Labels with automatic printing

Every label goes to your pack-station printer, with A4 as a fallback. Label format and position are configurable per connection.

Automatic method validation

Before every label, Tremo checks the shipping method still holds up. An expired or changed method gets reconnected, or the label gets refused, never a parcel at the wrong carrier.

Cancel by hand or automatically

Cancel a label manually on the shipment detail page, or let Tremo do it automatically the moment an order or pick list gets cancelled.

Race-safe cancellation

Button, cron and automatic sweep can never together produce a wrongly marked or double-billed shipment.

Real carrier name shown

Your customer sees the actual carrier in the tracking email and on the tracking page, not 'Sendcloud'.

What Sendcloud users ask us most often.

Can I create return labels through Sendcloud?+

No, that isn't built. For returns, use a directly connected carrier such as PostNL, DHL or DPD.

Can my customer pick a pickup point?+

No. Sendcloud's service-point feature is only used to fetch shipping methods, not to put a pickup point on the label.

Can I ship insured through Sendcloud?+

No, there's no field for that. We've only built insured shipping for PostNL.

Can I test this safely in a sandbox?+

No, Sendcloud itself doesn't offer a test environment, so Tremo doesn't either. Every label is a real shipment.

What happens if I cancel an order after the label was already made?+

Tremo tries to cancel the label at Sendcloud automatically. If that doesn't work right away, a cron retries it for up to 42 days after creation.
