Lightspeed integration

Lightspeed orders in the moment your customer pays.

For Lightspeed eCom sellers (formerly SEOshop) with their own warehouse. Orders land through a webhook as soon as your store reports them, stock flows back separately, per variant.

Free up to 100 pick lists a month · No credit card · Your data, exportable

From webhook to restocked shop

Five steps between a new Lightspeed order and stock that's accurate again.

Step 1
Webhook arrives

Lightspeed reports the new order with an md5 signature over the notification

Step 2
Signature checked

Tremo verifies the notification, an invalid signature gets rejected

Step 3
Order fetched authoritatively

Tremo fetches the full order itself from Lightspeed, even if the notification is id-only

Step 4
Picker scans and ships

Matched on SKU with EAN as fallback, label from your own connected carrier

Step 5
Stock pushed back separately

Every 15 minutes your free stock flows back to Lightspeed, per variant

What the Lightspeed integration is for

You sell through Lightspeed eCom and ship yourself. This is what Tremo takes off your plate.

Seeing an order in Lightspeed isn't the same as being able to pick it

As soon as Lightspeed reports the order, Tremo fetches it authoritatively and turns it into a pick list. No retyping.

Tracking stock per variant (size, colour) in a spreadsheet goes wrong

Tremo pushes your free stock back to Lightspeed per variant, every 15 minutes, only what changed.

Trusting a webhook notification without checking it is a risk

Tremo verifies the signature on every notification and fetches the order itself from Lightspeed before importing it.

An item is named differently in Lightspeed than in your own records

Tremo matches on SKU and falls back to the EAN when the SKU doesn't line up.

What the Lightspeed integration does

You connect your own Lightspeed account. Nothing sits between you and your store.

Orders by webhook, not polling

Lightspeed reports a new order immediately. Tremo then fetches it authoritatively itself; the notification is only the trigger.

Signature verified

Every notification is checked against your own Lightspeed key before Tremo processes it.

Stock per variant

Size, colour or any other distinction: the stock push works at variant level, not on the parent product.

Matching on SKU with EAN fallback

If the SKU doesn't match, Tremo tries the EAN before the line is flagged as unmatched.

Your own cluster, your own language

You connect on your own Lightspeed cluster (EU or US) and language segment, not a shared address.

Shipping with your own carrier

The label comes from the carrier contract you've already connected in Tremo.

Frequently asked questions

What Lightspeed sellers ask us most before they connect.

Does this work with Lightspeed eCom or Lightspeed Retail?+
With Lightspeed eCom (the C-Series, formerly SEOshop). That's the webshop side of Lightspeed, not the point-of-sale software for a physical store.
What happens if the webhook notification doesn't arrive?+
That order won't come in automatically. The integration runs on the webhook; there's no separate periodic pull as a backstop.
Does stock come in with the same step as fetching orders?+
No. Orders arrive through the webhook, stock goes through a separate push every 15 minutes. In Lightspeed those are two distinct things.
What do I need to connect?+
Your Lightspeed API key and secret, plus your cluster (EU or US) and language. Tremo registers the webhook automatically when you connect.
Does Tremo match my items automatically?+
On SKU, with the EAN as fallback. If neither matches, the line is skipped and flagged.

Connect your own Lightspeed account.

Fill in your API keys and your first order lands the moment your customer checks out. Free up to 100 pick lists a month, no credit card.
