DHL integration

DHL labels without opening the DHL portal.

For online stores and fulfilment companies shipping with DHL Parcel. Label, return and tracking straight from your pack flow, no separate login.

Free up to 100 pick lists a month · No credit card · Your data, exportable

From order to delivered parcel

Five steps between a pick list and a parcel at DHL Parcel.

Step 1
Order ready to pick

Pick list is ready, the shipping profile points to DHL

Step 2
Picker scans the order

Batch pick or single, each scan confirms the item

Step 3
DHL label gets created

Token authentication runs itself, parcel size follows the weight

Step 4
Label prints automatically

The PDF prints at your pack station, no separate download

Step 5
Customer tracks the shipment

A track & trace link to dhlparcel.nl is ready automatically

Where a DHL shipping process breaks down

Four pain points we hear from DHL shippers, and what Tremo does about each one.

Logging into DHL is a separate step every time

Tremo handles the token authentication itself: connect your API user ID and key once, and every label pulls a short-lived token automatically after that.

Building every return label by hand takes time

Tremo creates the DHL return label with a reversed address through a separate, isolated path: the customer as sender, your warehouse as recipient.

Picking the wrong parcel size costs a correction later

Tremo sets the parcel size automatically based on weight, with a manual override to bulky or pallet per shipping profile.

A double click on the label button could create a duplicate

An idempotency check makes sure a repeated request never creates a second, paid label.

What the DHL integration does

Directly with DHL Parcel, no aggregator in between.

Labels from your pack flow

Every shipment gets a DHL label (PDF) the moment you finish the pick list. No separate DHL portal per order.

Return labels handled separately

Customer as sender, warehouse as recipient. This runs through its own isolated path so a return never gets mixed up with a regular shipment.

Automatic parcel size

Small, medium or large follows from the weight. For bulky or pallet shipments, set an override per shipping profile.

Never a duplicate label

A double click or a failed retry never buys a second label. That saves a dispute over a wrongly billed shipment.

Automatic track & trace

Every shipment gets a public link to dhlparcel.nl. Your customer doesn't have to search for the tracking number.

Your own connection, encrypted

Enter your own DHL API key, account number and sender address through the connect form. Nothing sits in the codebase, everything is stored encrypted.

Frequently asked questions

What we hear most often about the DHL integration.

Can I cancel a DHL label?+
No, cancelling DHL labels isn't built. If you make a mistake, you create a new label instead; that's the only option for now.
Can I ship insured through DHL?+
No, not through the DHL integration. We've only built insured shipping for PostNL so far. Let us know if you need it for DHL too.
Can my customer pick a DHL parcelshop?+
Not yet. Delivery options like parcelshop, pickup or Saturday delivery exist in DHL's documentation but aren't wired in as a choice. The default is address delivery.
Can I ship multiple parcels under one DHL label?+
No. Every shipment gets exactly one piece per label. For multiple parcels, create separate shipments.
Does this work internationally?+
Built for the Netherlands and Belgium. Other countries aren't separately verified; DHL itself can silently reject certain combinations.

Ship directly through DHL.

Connect your DHL account and print your first label from the pack flow. No credit card needed to start.
