You have one MyParcel account for multiple carriers. This is what Tremo pulls out of it.

Maintaining a separate connection per carrier takes time

One MyParcel API key is enough. Choose per shipping product which underlying carrier a shipment gets, such as PostNL, DPD or DHL For You.

Not every parcel belongs at the door

Offer pickup point as a shipping option for PostNL, DHL For You and DPD. The choice is ready at pack time.

Tracking isn't there yet right when the label gets made

MyParcel generates the barcode asynchronously. Tremo does a short retry and a background poll cron fills in the tracking if the first attempt came back empty.

What the MyParcel integration does

One connection, several carriers, with the options your customer expects.

Eight carriers, one connection
Pick the underlying carrier per shipping product: PostNL, BPost, DPD, MyParcel, DHL For You, Instabox, DHL Parcel Connect or UPS.
Shipping options per carrier
Signature, addressee-only, 18+ age check, large parcel, mailbox, morning or evening delivery, and return-if-no-answer, wherever the carrier supports it.
Pickup point as an option
For PostNL, DHL For You and DPD you can offer pickup-point delivery as a shipping option at pack time.
Insured shipping
Set an insured amount at profile level, with the option to override it per label.
Tracking with a safety net
MyParcel sometimes delivers the barcode late. A short retry and a background cron make sure tracking shows up anyway.
Straight to the right printer
The label goes as a PDF to the right pack-station or user printer, not as a fragile download link.

What MyParcel users ask us most often.

Can my customer pick a specific pickup point on a map?+

Not yet. You can offer pickup-point delivery as an option, but a map or list of specific points doesn't exist right now.

Can I create return labels through MyParcel?+

No, that isn't built. For returns, use a directly connected carrier such as PostNL, DHL or DPD.

Can I cancel a MyParcel shipment?+

No, that isn't built. If you make a mistake, create a new label instead.

Does my customer always get a tracking link?+

Only when PostNL is the underlying carrier and the destination is NL or BE. For the other carriers we don't build our own tracking link.

Does this work outside the Netherlands and Belgium?+

Not separately verified. The connection groups carriers by region in the picker, but that isn't a confirmed country coverage.
