Does Tremo work with Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento?+

Live integrations: Shopify, WooCommerce, Lightspeed, CCV Shop and Bol, plus a generic REST API and webhooks for the rest. Magento and Shopware are on the roadmap. Order import and stock push run through the direct integration or the API; onboarding helps you set it up.

From how many orders/day does this make sense?+

Once a shop plugin can't keep up with your pick order, locations and batch-pick, Tremo starts to pay off. If you ship only a few orders a day, a plugin can still suffice — we'll tell you that honestly.

Do I need expensive scanner hardware?+

No. The scan-flow runs on a normal smartphone using the camera as a scanner. For peaks we recommend a € 30-50 Bluetooth scanner, no more. Existing Zebra/Honeywell scanners work too.

What about peak days like Black Friday?+

Tremo scales with you. For peaks you activate extra fulfilment customers, attach extra pack stations and add temporary pickers easily. No extra licence fees at peak.

Can I support dropshipping or pre-order?+

Yes. Tremo handles backorders and pre-orders as their own status, with automatic allocation as stock comes in. Dropshipping is supported via a 'supplier ships direct' flag per SKU — Tremo skips the pick.
