How a CCV Shop order moves through Tremo

Four moments between a completed order in your store and a parcel ready to ship.

01
Order pulled in

Every hour Tremo fetches completed orders from your store, with customer and address details.

02
Item matched

On your own product number, with the EAN as a fallback if that doesn't match.

03
Picker scans and ships

On its own or in a batch run. The label comes from your own connected carrier.

04
Stock flows back

Every 15 minutes your free stock goes back, but only when something actually changed.

What the CCV Shop integration is for

You sell through CCV Shop and ship yourself. This is what Tremo takes off your plate.

  1. Retyping orders from your store admin costs time and eventually goes wrong

Tremo fetches your completed orders every hour and turns them into a pick list. Orders already pulled in are never imported twice.

  2. Stock in your store lags behind what's actually on the shelf

Your free stock flows back to your store every 15 minutes. Tremo only pushes what changed, not the whole list every time.

  3. A product number in your store doesn't match your own records

Tremo matches on your own product number first and falls back to the EAN when that doesn't work.

  4. Orders that aren't completed yet don't belong in your pick list

Tremo only pulls in orders your store marks as completed, so you never pack half a purchase.

What the CCV Shop integration does

You connect your own shop domain. Nothing sits between you and your store.

Orders pulled in hourly

Only completed orders arrive, with customer and address details and the order lines as a separate fetch.

Stock pushed back every 15 minutes

Your free stock goes to your store, only when the value changed since the last push.

Matching on your own product number

With the EAN as a fallback when the product number doesn't line up.

Your own shop domain, your own key

You connect your own CCV Shop domain with your own public and secret key. Nothing runs through a shared account.

Shipping with your own carrier

The label comes from the carrier contract you've already connected in Tremo.

No duplicate imports

Every order is imported exactly once, even if the hourly pull sees it again.

Frequently asked questions

What CCV Shop sellers ask us most before they connect.

Do I need a webhook to connect?+
No. Tremo fetches your orders itself, every hour. That's a deliberate choice for stability over speed: no dependency on an incoming signal that might not arrive.
How fast does a new order reach my pick list?+
Within the hour after it's completed in your store. For most warehouses that's comfortably in time for same-day shipping.
Does the stock push work for variants too?+
Right now Tremo pushes at the product level. For stores that only carry single products that's complete; variant-level isn't on this page because it isn't built yet.
What do I need to connect?+
Your CCV Shop domain plus the public and secret key from your store admin. You fill those in under Settings → Integrations.
What happens to an order with no matching item?+
The order is still created; the line that doesn't match is skipped and flagged, so you can add it manually.

Connect your own CCV Shop domain.

Fill in your domain and keys, and your first order lands in your pick list within the hour. Free up to 100 pick lists a month, no credit card.
